What this website collects
The question and website you type into "Start with one sentence" are used in your browser to build the example answers. When you pause typing, we record that question and website in Google Analytics, so we can see which questions people check. Please don't type personal details there; anything that looks like an email address or phone number is removed before it is recorded.
Clicking "Get started" there either writes an email that you send yourself from your own email app, or shows a quick human check and then our Google Form. The human check is Cloudflare Turnstile: Cloudflare processes technical details such as your IP address and browser to tell people from bots, under Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy policy. Anything you submit in our Google Form is collected by Google Forms for us, under Google's privacy policy.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use this website, so we can improve it. It tells us things like which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked (for example "Get started", the email link or the text link), roughly where visitors are (country and city), and which device and browser they use.
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (named _ga and _ga_<ID>) to tell visits apart. We don't send your name, email address, phone number or anything you type into the sentence to Google Analytics, and we don't use it for advertising.
Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can block Google Analytics with your browser's privacy settings, a content blocker, or Google's opt-out browser add-on.
When you email or text us
We keep your message and contact details so we can reply and, if you become a client, work with you. We don't sell them or share them for marketing.
Client data
If you become a client, the access you give us (your website, Search Console and Analytics) is covered by our client agreement, not this page.
